Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver orders to customers within designated areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently, using GPS and other navigation tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained motorcycle, conducting regular inspections and servicing as required.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while riding and ensure the safety of goods during transit.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff to coordinate order pickups and deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers upon delivery and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Valid rider’s permit and a clean riding record.
• Minimum of one year experience as a dispatch rider, preferably in the food delivery industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Ikeja and surrounding areas.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle safely and confidently in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
