Salary:150,000 + commission/Bonuses

FMR Agency is an end to end HR firm. We are seeking a dynamic and creative sales manager to join our client’s Real Estate Company in Nigeria. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. You will be responsible for leading a team of real estate sales personnel developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

⮚ Sales Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of real estate sales personnel, to achieve and exceed sales targets.

⮚ Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing plans, and lead generation techniques to increase property sales and market share.

⮚ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the sales process.

⮚ Market Analysis: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, competitive developments, and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions.

⮚ Training and Development: Provide training and ongoing development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their knowledge and skills in real estate sales.

Job Requirements:

⮚ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

⮚ Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales.

⮚ Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in the real estate industry.

⮚ Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.

⮚ Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, pricing, and competition.

⮚ Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

⮚ Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions.

⮚ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.

⮚ Customer-Centric: A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.

⮚ Drive and Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to take initiative and drive sales team performance.
