Job Summary:
The Trading Officer (Crypto & Gift Card) will be responsible for managing and executing crypto and gift card trading transactions. You will ensure that trades are carried out efficiently while adhering to risk management policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of the crypto and gift card markets. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in executing and overseeing crypto and gift card transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Trading Execution: Manage the trading of cryptocurrencies and gift cards, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
2. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and data to identify trading opportunities and risks.
3. Customer Transactions: Handle buying and selling transactions for customers, ensuring accurate conversion rates and timely completion of trades.
4. Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize trading risks and monitor trades to adhere to internal controls.
5. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on trading activities, market trends, and performance.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to crypto and gift card trading.
7. Customer Support: Address customer queries related to trading, offering guidance and resolving issues promptly.
8. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative trading strategies to enhance profitability.

Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in crypto and gift card trading or similar roles.
2. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency trading, gift card markets, and related platforms.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
4. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in executing trades and maintaining records.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using trading platforms and relevant tools.
