Job Summary:
The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing staff to achieve high standards of service. This role involves strategic planning, staff leadership, and maintaining efficient hotel operations.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
– Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality throughout the hotel.
– Oversee staff recruitment, training, and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels and exceptional service.
– Coordinate with various departments to optimize efficiency and resolve any operational issues.
– Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and respond to guest feedback or concerns.
– Manage budgets, financial reports, and control costs to achieve profitability goals.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
– Proven experience in hotel management with a track record of successful operations.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
