Job Description:

 

As a Customer Service Intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer support and service. This internship will provide valuable insights into the operations of our customer service department and the opportunity to contribute to our team’s success.

 

Duties:

1. Learning and Development:

   – Engage in comprehensive training programs to gain a deep understanding of HR business partner responsibilities.

   – Participate in workshops and seminars to enhance knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

   – Collaborate with senior HR business partners to learn about strategic HR initiatives and organizational goals.

 

2. Employee Relations:

   – Assist in managing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and addressing workplace concerns.

   – Learn to conduct investigations into HR-related issues with guidance from experienced team members.

   – Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

3. Talent Acquisition:

   – Shadow and support the talent acquisition team in the recruitment and selection process.

   – Assist in creating job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate interviews.

   – Learn to manage the onboarding process for new hires.

 

4. HR Strategy and Planning:

   – Collaborate with senior HR business partners to understand and contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

   – Participate in workforce planning activities, including analyzing HR metrics and trends.

   – Contribute ideas and insights to support the development of HR plans and initiatives.

 

5. Policy Development and Compliance:

   – Assist in reviewing, updating, and developing HR policies and procedures.

   – Learn to ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

   – Participate in audits and assessments to maintain compliance within the organization.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

– Previous customer service experience or related internships is preferred but not required.
