Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy. Responsible for developing and implementing policies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace culture.
– Lead recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution.
– Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and professional development.
– Administer employee benefits programs and contribute to compensation strategy.
– Lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote continuous learning.
– Ensure accurate record-keeping and generate relevant HR reports.
– Stay informed on HR trends, laws, and best practices, and implement changes as necessary.
– Provide guidance to HR staff and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in HR management roles, with a deep understanding of HR practices.
– In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
