Summary
We are seeking an agile Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a good background in HR or customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive change and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
– Partner with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and support HR strategies
– Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
– Support employee engagement initiatives, including culture development, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee recognition programs.
– Support HR projects such as compensation reviews, policy development, and talent acquisition initiatives.
– Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnership.
– Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
– Proven ability to influence and drive change.
