Job Description:

As a Kitchen Assistant and Griller at, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of in the kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our customers. This position requires a combination of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, such as cutting, chopping, and portioning.
2. Set up and maintain cooking stations, ensuring all necessary equipment and utensils are clean and organized.
3. Assist the grill cook with grilling, frying, and sautéing meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection.
4. Monitor food temperatures and ensure that all food products meet safety and quality standards.
5. Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service.
7. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
8. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, including rotating stock and monitoring inventory levels.
9. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to prevent foodborne illnesses and maintain food safety standards.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
