JOB DESCRIPTIONS We are seeking dedicated Loan Collection Officers to join our dynamic team. As a Loan Collection Officer in the Fintech industry, your duties will include:

  • Contacting borrowers to facilitate the repayment of loans.
  • Evaluating financial situations and negotiating repayment terms.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the loan collection process.

  • National Diploma/HND
