Work Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday

DUTIES:
As a sales & marketing executives, your responsibilities will include:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the agency’s services.
– Execute sales plans to achieve and exceed set quotas.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
– Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
– Analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align efforts with business goals.
– Communicate effectively with clients, conveying the value proposition of our services.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
– Prepare regular reports on sales performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions in the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 2 – 3 years of experience working with any lending organization such as Lapo MFB, Zedvance, Credit Direct, Primera MFB, or Federal Government Workers Lending.
– Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
– Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
– Excellent interpersonal skills.
– Highly self-motivated.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
– Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
