Location: Magodo, Lagos.
Salary: 80,000
Experience: 2 years
We are hiring technical staff that is good with repairs of photocopiers majorly, with experience with laptop or computers or fixing things should be ok as well.
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration and software setup.
– Document technical problems and solutions for future reference.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution.
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
– Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely problem resolution.
– Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer support strategies.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
– Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
– Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
