Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily van visits to existing and potential customers for product sales.
2. Manage and replenish inventory levels in the van to meet customer demands.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Present and promote products effectively, providing information on features and benefits.
5. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to achieve individual and team sales targets.
6. Collect and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements and challenges.
9. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales van.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in van sales or a related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license.
– Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals.
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
