- Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify accuracy and identify obsolete or expired items.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize storage space.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in handling and storing inventory items.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an inventory officer or similar role.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
